Fort Myers Impact Windows (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What information we collect. When you fill out our request form, we collect: ZIP code, project type, and email address (step 1), and — if you continue — number of windows, homeowner status, timeline, first and last name, and phone number (step 2).

Consent to be contacted (TCPA). By checking the consent box on our form and submitting your request, you expressly consent to be contacted by phone, text message (SMS), or email about your project — including via automated dialing technology or pre-recorded messages — by Fort Myers Impact Windows and its partner contractors. This consent is not required as a condition of any purchase, and message/data rates may apply to SMS communications. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting the contractor(s) directly or by emailing us at the address on our contact page.

Consent verification. To document that consent was given clearly and voluntarily, we use a third-party consent-certification service (TrustedForm by ActiveProspect) that records a timestamped snapshot of the form at the moment of submission. This certificate is shared only with the contractor(s) who receive your request, as proof of compliant consent — it does not track your activity elsewhere on the web.

What we use your information for. Solely to match your request with licensed local impact window contractors serving your area and to allow them to follow up on your quote request.

Who we share your information with. Only with the contractor(s) who prepare your quote (typically a small number of contractors matched to your project and location). We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for other purposes.

How long we keep your information. We retain request data only as long as necessary to fulfill your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and compliance purposes.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may opt out of further contact at any time, by contacting us via our contact page. Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days.

Security. Your information is transmitted securely and is protected by anti-bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) on our request form.

This policy may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time you submit a request governs how that request is handled.
